The Agency for Development of Exports & Markets “ADEM” is a not-for-profit organization specialized in providing professional advisory services by professionals with direct experience in market development, regulatory compliance, capacity building and strategic supply chain solutions for processed foods, refrigerated and shelf stable (UHT/Aseptic) dairy and dairy alternative beverages industries. Additionally, our extensive engagement with start-up ventures, and with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the US allows us to effectively contribute with our clients’ industrial consolidation, market development and international expansion.

As a not-for-profit organization our primary interest is one of sharing our experience, knowledge and vision as well as of contributing to the development of enterprises in the US and internationally. Our contributions have helped companies to successfully avoid implementing futile or outdated business practices and repetition of expensive mistakes in their effort to enter and consolidate in new markets.
